What happens if a returned product is not eligible for return?Updated 5 months ago

If the returned item does not pass the return process because it does not meet the conditions described in our Returns Policy, the item will be returned to the customer. 

For the return to be accepted, it is necessary that it meets the following: item(s) must be intact: they must not have been worn or damaged, they must be clean with all tags still attached, and include all original, undamaged packaging and any relative accessories received with the order or they may be refused.

Hemmed items, or altered items, cannot be returned.
